Sir,
would it be possible to format the pc using windows xp iso and install the Operating system in my pc. please tell me.
Format means to erase the HDD & setup a file system such as FAT32 or NTFS to accept data. You don't need a Windows disc to format; there are numerous other programs that can be used. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
You can also format as part of the Windows installation process. To create a bootable CD from your ISO, you will need the proper software - CDBurner XP is a good one, as is ImgBurn. Both are free & can be found by doing a search.
If you prefer USB, use Rufus to setup your pen drive, not solution.rar.

Yes, if you have a legal and genuine Product Key for that Windows version, otherwise you won't be able to activate it. Create a CD from the ISO file, then boot your PC from that CD.
Everything can be done from within Windows Setup (delete, create or format partitions, install Windows etc).
Can i do it using pen drive.
i am having solution.rar
Older systems may not allow a usb boot USB sticks won't be large enough I suspect to hold the ISO.
Burn it to a DVD; and then boot with that.
