Use reboot from gui.

XP can't do exactly a warm boot like some other systems and OS's can. In xp the warm boot ought to be a cold boot but hardware is sometimes not working.

In a real warm boot you simply keep the computer fully on and not go through bios. You re-initialize the kernel or command.com.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
