I do not know about Facebook, but other websites I use, have small print at the top of
any of their web pages that says sign out. If you do that, then you have to sign in for your next session.

Logout from facebook is found under the account heading at the top of the facebook right side. Or you could clear your browser's cookies. Note clearing out your cookies will affect other sites that you may have set to keep you logged on. You than would be required to enter your login information for all websites that you had previously had set to keep you logged on. Computing.net for example has that option. Once logout from facebook, login with your account information and the "Keep me logged in" is not checked.
