Hibernation doesn't work properly

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP3, 1.999 GHz / 1015 MB
When I hibernate my computer it just restarts up automatically again coming out of hibernation.

Unless it's a laptop, you shouldn't be using hibernation.

If your computer is NOT a laptop/notebook then you can stop Hibernate.
Hibernation, reserves disk space equal to your RAM.

First thing: Using both BIOS-based power management and Windows-based power management rarely works. If you are using both, disable one or the other.
