1. Clean the fan and heatsink. 2. lift the little sticker over the bearing and apply a single drop of light machine oil 3. Turn the machine off. ( that'll guarantee no noise from the fan) 4. Replace the fan 5. Do what we used to do for noisy wheel bearings in the car. Turn the radio volume way up so you can't hear the noise.
