Are you emptying the Recycle Bin after deleting anything? Incidentally, upper case is SHOUTING, please turn off CapsLock.

Your PC is loaded with spyware. Removing the viruses and spyware will allow your computer to run properly.

And YES....turn off the CAPS as johnr mentioned.
Also you posted in the windows 7 forum and your info says XP
