getting msvcrt.dll error message

Specs: Windows XP, Centrino
Hi, I am getting error "msvcrt.dll" missing and I can't do anything on my machine. Also I checked in safe mode. I could not repaire the OS, becouse the Hard drive is encrepted by POintsec software. There is any solution for this issue???

You probably must disable the encryption before you can fix the problem.

HOw can I disable the encreption? Bcoz machine can't boot after login.
Only I can open tesk manager.
Or, U mean to decreapt the pointsec?
If yes, then how? I don't idea...

Check disk should be able to fix an encrypted drive.

Start Windows in “Safe mode with Command Prompt”
At the command prompt, copy & paste > chkdsk.exe /f and press Enter.
If Chkdsk wants to schedule a check at the next boot, say Yes.
Copy & Paste > shutdown –r – 01 then press Enter to restart Windows.
Chkdsk should run on restart.
