Specs: Windows XP Professional, SP3, 1 GB
My browser was recently upgraded to Firefox 26 for Windows XP. Since then Firefox does not display the contents of certain panes/windows, such as Shipment Details in eBay. MS Internet Explorer does not exhibit this problem.
Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix? Please don't tell me to go back to Internet Explorer.
Thanks

Most likely you need to install Adobe Flash plugins for Firefox.

Thank you. According to Firefox > Tools > Add-ons > Plug-ins, Adobe Shockwave Flash is up to date.

How about Java, is it installed and up to date?

To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!

First of all, many thanks to THX 1138 and HopperRox for their suggestions. Having lost my patience with which version of "Shickwave Flash" and Java would fix the problem, I took the chicken route and instead installed Google Chrome. So far I am not experiencing the problem I had with Firefox.
