Which password are you referring to?

The that allows you to login to Winows, or the one sometimes referred to as the bios-lock password (i.e. It pops up "before" the OS loads)?

You're welcome... Now be sure to put a note of it somewhere safe - email t to yourself and save the email in a saves folder in your email account. Also have a hard copy of it somewhere - safe. Ideally ensure you have a memory job (reminder type of word) that will enable you to recall it if needs-be.

If you have to use the email safe storage as it were at some future time... likely you can access your email via any working system, or an internet cafe?
