EXE's won't run after AVG scan!

Specs: Windows XP, 512
ok, I recently downloaded a program to help raise views on youtube videos. (viewtube.jimdo.com) after extracting the program from the zip file AVG 8.0 PRO said it was a virus. I deleted it then did a scan. after the scan it said that program infected my rundll32, my regedit.exe, notepad, wordpad, and my programming compiler, delphi 7! I was able to get all that stuff back out of the vault good as new, but ALL my exe's except notepad, wordpad, and internet explorer 8 won't work. every time I try to open a exe it says "Windows cannot access the specified file" or something like that. Also all my EXE's don't have icons anymore. I tried a reg fix on another post here but I couldn't run it cause regedit.exe also won't work! I can't use system restore either! I can't get another computer cause I'm 14 and messed up another computer a year ago and my dad said this is the last one I get. PLEASE HELP!

If you can't run the reg file fix do the following:

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and open Task Manager. Once there, click File, then hold down the CTRL key and click New Task (Run). This will open a Command Prompt window. Enter REGEDIT.EXE and press Enter. Once regedit is open click File>Import and locate that reg file fix, hilite it and click Open.

Thank you for replying but I have seen all your posts on another post just like mine. I tried the command prompt to open regedit. I went into windows and my regedit has no icon. I can't access it from the task manager or a command prompt. I even tried run. I tried the vbscript you suggested and it still didn't work. any other exe's I download work fine but the current exe's I have, don't work.
