|It is a wrong thinking process to consider coping the same file 800 times. It's a waste of disk space and you have created a huge document control /revision crisis.|
You would send a shortcut to 800 folders or this data should be in Access not Excel.
You have three choices;
you can select the 800 folders in explorer, after selecting copy the file from your desktop and then click paste to copy it to all the selected folders.
Or write a batch script that does the following;
copy [path to file]filename [distination folder ]
repeat 799 times.
Or run one copy script in their logon that copies the file
