Error Message confusion

HI. Can anyone tell me what "C:\WINDOWS\udicijenonuci.dll specified module could not be found" means? What can't it find and what do I need to do about it? My laptop (Fujitsu) seems ok when I run scans etc, but it takes forever to load, especially Mozilla. I sometimes wait for 5 or more minutes just trying to get things to open. I have defragged, scanned, got rid of lots of unneccesary stuff I no longer use, cleaned - bar wiping and re-installing I don't know what else to do. Any useful tips (recognise I am not a technical bod, more of a technical dunce!)

If you can't find it on google it is most likely spyware or malware;
Try Malwarebytes:
and see if that locates and lets you fix the problems.
You didn't list what cleaners you tried or which anti-virus scans
you've done

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers

In addition to malwarebytes try running both the cleaner and the registry modules of Ccleaner Slim. Get it below.

Thanks very much for the replies. I used SuperAntiSpyware. I am familiar with Malwarebytes, I have used it before. I have also recently got McAfee as a result of joining Sky Broadband, not sure that was a wise thing to was a free trial. I have run a scan and clean up with that.

I will get Malwarebytes again and try the CCleaner as recommended.

I appreciate your help.
