If yes, it's often caused by a Windows issue which Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3 is supposed to have fixed. Therefore, you may not be up to date with your XP Service Pack installations. If you haven't already got it installed, go to this Windows Update page (using only Internet Explorer) and install Service Pack 3: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389
Be aware that in order to install SP3, you must already have SP1 or SP2 installed.
