enabling ssl 2078 in windows xp

March 2, 2011 at 21:35:16
Specs: Windows XP
I want to open a web disk on my desktop, and i have to enable ssl 2078 on my firewall to give access. So i went to my firewall settings and went to ( exceptions tab ) put in ssl in name and port #2078 then hit (ok). Then went to the general and clicked (allow exceptions). Butwhen i have repeatedly tried to open my webdisk to activate it it is sending me an error saying that it cant open and to make sure port 2078 s open on my firewall. This part i dont understand? I have done the obvious but im not a computer wiz. If you can help me out that woud be great! thanks
bryan
