I`m sending a relative jpegs of the family from the past few years, when they try to download them, sometimes they are in any file format but a jpeg. No one else has this problem when I send pics. Any ideas? "The Don"
What email client is the recipient using? id10t
They use AOL. He received them one time with a ".bin" extension, another time with a "fam" extension. I had named a zip file "fam" and he said thats what the file extension was, sounds crazy but it`s true. The last batch, I sent 5 photos and one came across as a jpeg, the other 4, he had to use internet explorer to open them and then downloaded to the desktop. I`ve never had a problem with anyone else who I would send family photos. "The Don"
Does anyone else in the family still use AOL?
