Solved downloads not going to My downloads folder

Specs: Windows XP
all downloads going to graphics programme. When I click download everything goes to Serif Craft artist graphics programme instead of into my downloads file, how can I change this?Hope you can help x

Are you using IE or Firefox?

What program are you using to download? In Firefox it is TOOLS, OPTIONS, GENERAL

It depends on which web browser you are downloading with.

For Internet Explorer you wait until the download box appears, then choose the folder you want it go to.

For Firefox, go into options and under the General tab, where it says "Save files to", click the "Browse" button to navigate to your Downloads folder. Once it's selected for saving files to, you won't need to do it again.
