I am receiving a DNS Server Error message when trying to us IE. We use Verizon High Speed for our IP and need to use a router. I simply cannot connect to websites, but rather, get the error message. How can I correct this?

Go to your command prompt and type...

ping yahoo.com

and post the results.

Also, type...

ipconfig /all

and post the results. This will help us to identify the problem.

P.S. you can run the results to a text file by using the ">". Here is an example...

ping yahoo.com > pingtest.txt
