dll cache delete

Specs: Windows XP
Hi i am curious. the windows files are huge and i ask is the system 32 dll cache safe to delte the files inside?
what other files within files are safe to delete EG i386 files?
from all the 9.6 gigs i have approx 1.5 available
what are safe files to delte?
apart fromo obvious Tmp files history cookies.... i have ccleaner malware comodo and jv16 running. no real problems just would like to free C disc up. Thanks for help good forum by the way.

DLLcache are hidden System files. Hidden so they do not get deleted.

Since you have SP2, you can do this ----

Hi thanks for your message .
I have SP3 use Defragment tool and a Registry Cleaner.
More will I know over the safe files to remove to free up CDrive space. Thanks for your answer.
