rohra, several things to try. Can you maximize the display (middle button-upper right) and get what you want?
On some machines, F12 produces full screen. Yours? How about hovering the cursor over a edge until it becomes a double ended arrow and drag/drop the edge to where you want?
Regardless which way works, once you have it the way you like, exit using the option under 'file' rather than the handier 'X' (only needs to be done once). That forces Windows to 'remember' settings and hopefully use them next time.

It's not a window, so he can't adjust it. If the screen reduce to center then the screen resolution is wrong, set it 1280 x 800.
