Disable IE8 InPrivate browsing

Specs: Windows XP
I have read posts about disabling in private browsing but when I use run and type GPEDIT.MSC it says windows cannot find GPEDIT.MSC make sure its spelt correctly. How else am I able to do this?

While in IE 8 click on safety on the toolbar at the top and then click on in private browsing.

GPEDIT.MSC only applies to XP pro, not XP Home.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove, uninstall IE8 & go back to IE7. Problem solved!

Do you need a disk etc to get IE7?
This pc came with IE8 installed....?
