Dictionaries Explorer opens at XP start up

Specs: Windows XP
How can I stop Dictionaries Explorer from opening up whenever I turn on my computer? I looked at the list of the programs that are in Start up, but there were only 4 applications in it, and Dictionaries Explorer was not among them. I couldn't find anything helpful on the Internet. Thank you in advance for your reply.

That junk may be spyware or malware.

See a program called msinfo or try msinfo32. It should show there and have a check box to not open.

I'd try to uninstall it.

Dictionaries Explorer is a program that someone installed. If you want to use it but not have it load at startup, check the settings in the program. If you want to get rid of it altogether, go to Start > Control Panel (classic view) > Add or Remove Programs, find it on the list & uninstall it. Look for Magenta.
