System specs please.
Try to re-install RAM.

This sound like a RAM problem...like kuwese ask the PC specs please ,but no matter what pc specs ...here is a few ideas ,1.Open the case up,2.take out your RAM and your BIOS battery(its a small watch type battery),3.if the pc is a bit dirty blow it out or just clear the dust off of the RAM banks...after you done that a few minutes would have past then step 4.Install the RAM EXACTLY ho you took it out because if you insert it the wrong way around you might burn you RAM BANK ..then switch the pc back on and get back and tell us how it went.

Happy Problem solving.

RAM only goes in one way, there is a key to make sure you can't put it in backwards.
