So, are you able to get past that screen?

Is this your computer?

So you are saying that you can't get past that BIOS password? You shouldn't need to get past that BIOS password to start the computer. Only to make changes in the BIOS. So, what is it you are trying to do?

I am not understanding WHY you are attempting to enter the BIOS. When booting normally the option is not available. A keystroke or combination of keystrokes is necessary in order to get to the screen you are at.

Are you typing any keystrokes when starting the computer?

Describe everything you see when you start the computer before you see the password screen.

I dont do anything this message is showing automaticly when I power up my pc, It says to disable password press <ctrl + Enter > and to enable password press < enter > or reverse something like that. And when I press ctrl+enter it is asking for password or if I press other option just - enter - it asks for the same. I tried to take out the battery but I didnt get anything from it. I read there is jumper button somewhere to restart the bios password but I cant find it

Taking out the battery will work but the computer must be unplugged. After that you will need to enter the BIOS screens to reset some values, like date and time for instance. Possibly the boot order too.
