These are both critical system files. Windows cannot run without them.
Do have some reason to suspect they are viruses?

I tried to purchase ciberdefender. When they scanned my system they said I need to spend about $400 to have them removed. I google'd these and found out they are indeed required. I just need to determine if they are a trojan.

It would seem you may be infected but not with what you state.

Usually lsass.exe is in the wrong place.

From command prompt at C:\ type in attrib lsass.exe /s

Both files should be in C:\Windows\System32. lsass.exe and csrss.exe Pay attention the first letter in lsass.exe should be l not i.
