These are both critical system files. Windows cannot run without them.
Do have some reason to suspect they are viruses?
I tried to purchase ciberdefender. When they scanned my system they said I need to spend about $400 to have them removed. I google'd these and found out they are indeed required. I just need to determine if they are a trojan.
It would seem you may be infected but not with what you state. Boot into SafeMode and scan with Malewarebytes Freeware version:
