Solved crash after uninstalling

Specs: Windows XP, intel atom n280
I want to uninstall the Roxio BackOnTrack program, but the uninstaller is not responding. I try to "force quit" that uninstaller, then I open the Roxio's BackOnTrack Instant Restore folder, and click on the UninstallApp.exe. Shortly the computer crashes and it restart, but it don't boot properly. The screen goes blank. I try to press power button for 5 seconds, then I select Last Known Good Configuration. But the blue screen appears again and the computer restart. What should I do?

The proper way to uninstall Roxio products is to go to add/remove programs in Control panel and select remove. You should then get a choice to MODIFY the installed products. You can pick and choose what to use and what to lose, including parts of a listing.

If my explanation doesn't apply in this case, sorry, I don't know what Back on track program is.

Thanks for the answer.
I've solve this yesterday, I just have to delete the syscow32.sys file in WINDOWS/system32/drivers folder. It's the file that Roxio left because the uninstall not work properly. Anyway, thanks for your attention. Hope this info will be useful for the others. (and sorry for my English, I can't do it well)
