CPU at 100% steadily: 2 GIG ram, 1 GIG Video,

Specs: Win XP, Pentium /2 GIG RDD3 RAM
EMachine, Pentium, C Drive 74 GIG plus added drive 350 GIG, video card 1 GIG RAM, Motherboard with 2 GIG RAM DDR3, running Win XP.

Processes indicate McAffee and rpint spool using lot of memory. When process stopped machine worked ok on PrintShop 23. Restarted computer and again 100% CPU usage.

Done everything I know, suggestions?

list the system specs in details. Un-install mcafee and use microsoft security essentials http://www.filehippo.com
u didn't stop the process permanent that's why when u restart the system the cpu usage go up to 100%.

I agree with answer #1, but scan with Malwarebytes before switching antivirus since an infection that is not picked up on might get a deeper hold when you uninstall McAfee (wasteful hog) before you get the other one up and running. Look at this post:
to make sure you do not have something similar.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
