Hi folks,
I downloaded some pictures from a SD card to my PC, and the SD memory contains five, ten & twelve mega pixel digital photo; after that whenever I click my picture, it won’t allow me to enter, and two caution message pops up in the screen, First message says windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Send the report. Don’t send. After click the send button second notification pops up in the screen and at the same time all windows icon quickly disappear.
Program error
Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. Ok
Lastly, whenever I click ok after that all the icons come back with normal window.
Right now the question is that how do I fix this problem without reinstalling the windows?
I will be waiting for your important answer.

hi folks what is new!

Try opening the picture in a different program - it looks like you
have a problem with Windows' picture viewer (possibly down to
the size of the files), so if you use something like Photoshop
Essentials, or whatever photo software was supplied with your
camera, you should be able to get around the problem.
