Solved copy and paste in body of e-mail

Specs: Windows XP
How do I do copy and paste a document in the body of an e-mail with Windows XP? I need to send a press release and was told to have the document open in the e-mail instead of an attachment.

Highlight the info you want to send, right click on it & hit Copy, then right click on an empty part of the email body & hit Paste.
