content advisor password removal

Specs: Windows XP
need to remove the content advisor password, owner of computer has passed away and do not have any of his stored passwords.

Unfortunately we don't normally tackle these sort of issues on the forum because we have no way to check ownership. Google is a very good search engine.

Understand, was my father in laws and he passed away, was just trying to get some use of the computer before we donate it.
