Rightclick "My Computer"
In Properties>Advanced>Startup & Recovery>Settings
untick "Automatically Restart" in the System Failure section.

Next time a blue screen happens you will be able to see the stop error message. Write it all down and then seek answers since the stop error detail will point to the cause of your problem.

About the only things I could suggest would be to try re-seating your ram & graphics cards, and try booting in barebones configuration. ie disconnect the harddrive/s and optic drives, take out any pci cards. Leave only motherboard, CPU with fan, 1 stick of ram, Graphics, Monitor & keyboard. No usb devices etc. See if it will boot into bios.

If it still blue-screens then you likely have a motherboard fault and replacement would then be my way forward.
