Computer Turns Off =S

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.793 GHz / 1015 MB
I am new here so i dont much about this forum
but i have a question and that is

When i turn on my pc it will run perfectly for 5 min then it turn off and then when i turn on it back it runs fine. this problem only shows up for one time i installed SPEEDFAN which shows all about that your pc is overheating or not but it shows normal nothing overheating
This problem also occur in my last PC also and i was searching about this problem on net there was some solution that we can close this option from bios and i did the same and this problem was solved but now i cant find that solution
So please if someone know that solution or anyother solution please help me out :)

and one more thing i plug new soundcard on my pc before that there was no problem like this and after 1 or 2 days this problem shows up :S

try tuneup utilities and see what it suggests. I'd prefer you to try a free trial version at first, if it works then buy it.

No, don't try "tuneup utilities". Poor advice. And don't trust Speedfan. Enter the BIOS & check your CPU temp. Post your findings.
