Are all of those Partitions on one HDD ???

You could help clean up C: drive with this ---
Description of the Disk Cleanup Tool in Windows XP

Another thing I notice that is taking up space is
EVENT VIEWER logs. Go into Event Viewer then right click
each catagory (System, Security, and Application),
then click "Clear all events".
When Prompted to Save, do not save.
Also check all the files in
The Prefetch folder is quite large.
I have deleted all files there, even
Layout.ini, at times without problems.
It will rebuild itself over time.

Nothing to do with 'memory space'. What you need is a partition resizer. You didn't say what logical drives are on what physical drives.

Remember, the data you lose may be your own. So back up anything you can't be without.

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.
