Were you able to boot earlier?? or this happened after a fresh installation?
If you were bale to boot earlier then, while booting hit 'F8' key and select the "Last Good Known Configuration" and continue to boot.
If it was a fresh installation then u can follow this.
I am not an expert but u can try this,it is asking for the base
LSASRV.Dll file which is local security authority service.dll
which will initiate the local security authority sub system
which presents the windows logon screen, as it is unable to
locate the SRV.dll it is not able to prompt the logon screen so
,just try to boot up with the xp cd and then instead of
installing the OS by selecting the 'I' option select the 'R'
option this will load all the base .dll files needed for the OS to
run and hopefully it should boot after this.
