Can't see verification words to reply to craigslist ads

I can't see the text words/verification words to reply to a craigslist personal ad. I don't see an email address either on personal ads only. I have win xp, Hotmail.com and have used Google chrome, Mozilla and IE with same problem. Also have refreshed page, changed colors, fonts, have "show pictures" ched under advanced tab in control panel Java script enabled, etc. Does anyone know an answer? Very frustrating.
