Update and run your antivirus software or download Malwarebytes or one of the other free antivirus/antispyware programs often recommended here. It is also often recommended to scan in safe mode if you are having a particularly nasty, as the scanners are more effective under these conditions.

Next time you post use lower case. Upper case is considered to be shouting and is bad forum manners.

It sounds like you would be best off if you can save your personal files with formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows clean. Since you did not give system spec's, I will have to stay generic in my answers.
1- to save your files, you will need a Live Linux CD and boot to it (not installed, but set CD to first in boot order. When running off the CD (actually your running off your RAM) you will be able to save to USB external or flash drive or CDr/DVDr disks.
2- to reinstall, you will need windows install disk or recovery disks and your windows key. Choose custom and format the hard drive.
3- after reinstall update windows (it may take many times to complete), install good antivirus software and all of your programs.
4- When everything is working properly, scan the media with your files on them before copying them back to your hard drive.
