Solved Can't install windows 7 upgrade advisor

Specs: Windows XP professional, Core2duo 2ghz/ 3gb ram
Everything downloads and saves properly but when I go to run/open the download it asks what program I'd like to open the file with? What do I do?

do a quick scan with malwarebytes and fix all it finds.

You should have this file.

Windows7UpgradeAdvisorSetup.exe

An .exe file should run without asking. Could be an association issue.
