Firstly it says press ctrl-alt-delete or swipe finger, requiring the key combination helps keep your computer secure. I do the ctrl-alt-delete. Then it has a credential manager logon wizard.

Log on to: N27005-9237TRS (this computer)
Swipe finger or enter password to log on.

It is XP, you may be able to use an XP install disc (same as the sticker...home=home, Pro=Pro, you can't mix and match if you want to use the numbers on the laptop) and do a fresh install, then use the numbers on the sticker on the laptop to activate it.

If it is a bios password, you may as well chuck it. I haven't seen anything break that code, don't bother buying software for that, it WON'T work, you'll just get ripped off.

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
