when trying to start my computer, I put my password in and it tells me it wrong so I cant turn on my computer
Which password, BIOS password, hard drive password, Windows password, etc?
It might be case sensitive. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
when you turn on the computer you need a password to start it, that password..
Unfortunately there can be three possibilities, all of which are during startup. Does it get as far as loading Windows? Tell us what screens you see before the password request.
If you are unsure take a photo of the screen and put it on here:

No account is needed - you just give us the address they give you (URL) and we can view it.Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
If it's a BIOS password, remove the CMOS battery for a while and the password will be cleared. If it's a Windows system password, you can use the boot utility such as PCUnlocker, Ophcrack, chntpw, etc.
