Solved Cant dowload drivers and utilities CD for Dell XPS 400

Specs: Windows XP
I used drive erase pro to erase everthing on my Dell XPS 400 now I cant figure out how to download my Drivers and utilities CD to get everthing back to factory new... can anyone help? and keep in mind i'm not very computer savy so dumb it down step by step..
Oh also when i turn on my computer it says
NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart
And wont give me any other options.. I think that's everything

You just have to download the individual drivers from this site:

You can't do a factory restore if you are missing the CD. You'll have to use a Windows XP CD to install the OS again.

You are getting that error because you wiped everything on your hard disk. Nothing is left.

You have to install Windows 1st, THEN you install the drivers. If you're getting the "NTLDR is missing", you probably haven't reinstalled Windows yet. And if you don't have an XP disc or Dell recovery discs, how where you planning to reinstall? Try pressing Ctrl + F11 as soon as you see the Dell splash screen.
