Don't try to delete System Volume Information! The "format" command is a quicker way to get the same result.

You DO NOT mess with the System Volume Information folder and the files in it if you want Windows to work. It's a read only folder by default, and it's normally hidden, unless you change settings in Folder Options - View to show hidden files and folders.

But this file "system volume information" creates problem in formating windows with norton ghost and acronics because the backup file is shown as "system volume information" and could't be able to format it using these tools.????

Are you trying to format/reimage the computer from within Windows?

If you are doing this within Windows, you can't. You need to boot to Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image and format or image from there.
