You're going to have to do a lot better than that.

I had a virus a couple of months ago and had to reinstall XP. I know there is a way to turn on the games that come with XP, solitare, etc... do not know what to do

They are:
Free Cell, Hearts, Internet Backgammon, Internet Checkers, Internet Hearts, Internet Reversi, Internet Spades, Minesweeper, Pinball, Solitaire, Spider Solitaire.

They should be in "start button > All Programs > Games".
Can you find the games? If so what happens when you click on one.

As far as I know they should arrive after re-install without any need to switch them on, although they might have been an install option.
