Cannot load new XP disc

Specs: Windows XP, 566 mhz
Trying to load XP on hard drive that was just fornmatted. Cllean install. Get this message .SIF used by setup missing or corrupted. Value zero with a slash on the line in section source disk fileswith key SP3.cab. Cannot load operating system
Trying to load through boot disk as bios order cannot be changed,bios order is A,C ,SCSI. Thanks for any assistance.

You need to boot off the boot floppies (6, I think?) & run the setup from there.

Have the six floppies and tried using them , but got the result stated. Therefore could not load XP.
