Can not print e-mail messages

Specs: Windows XP
When I receive an e-mail and ask to print my e-mail all I receive from the computer is from: To: Sent; Subject. But no message is printed I can read on computer but it will not print to paper

When opening up the e-mail by doubleclick, try File / Print and check the options on what to print and where to print to.

I am using outlook express for e-mails they would always print before but they will not print our now. I did double click and tried file/print and still nothing happening and nothing in print options to change. Guess will call someone who knows more than I do. Thanks for your response.

Have you checked, whether the correct printer is set as default printer?

I have checked everything I feel safe in looking into and can not find any reason that it will not print the e-mail messages.So I am giving up before I makes a mistake and change something that I should not change? Thank you for trying to help.

Nedra, maybe? Hilite and C/P the text you wanna print into a new document in your favorite word processor and print from there?
I put a shortcut in my taskbar to Wordpad for just such a thing. I usually don't need all the bells and whistles of a full-blown processor.

Nedra, another thought, try hitting Ctrl+P to print the document. Sometimes that'll print things the 'Print' icon won't. Dunno why.
