Solved Can not logon to Desktop

Specs: Windows 7
Fist said wlogon.exe-Entry point not found and then lsass-exe-Entry point Not found them logon user interface DDL msgina.dll failed to upload
Contact your sustem admin. to replace the DLL. or restore the original DLL? Keeps doing same thing over and over. Can not get past this?

Lazesoft is a boot disk, did you go into the bios & make it the first disk to boot.

I'll assume wlogon.exe was a typo for winlogon.exe

Power on then immediately Tap F8 continuously. See if you get the startup menu (white writing on a black screen). If so, see if you can get to either of these:
Safe Mode
Command Prompt.

I am hoping one way or another we can run System Restore, which keeps your own files and data.

I can get to safe mode and safe mode with prompt and both came back clean but would not let me get to system restore. This happened after a power outage.

To get into System Restore from Command Prompt type:

rstrui.exe

Then press Enter.

If that doesn't work then continue with Lazesoft.
