|If this has only recently happened try a System Restore to a date prior to the problem - I rather suspect it won't work but it's worth a try, then try the uninstallation again.|
If it doesn't work then run msconfig from the start/run menu, and in the startup section untick the references to mxtask2.exe. Restart the computer and see if the memory errors disappear. If they do then you can permanently remove them by installing CCleaner and use the 'tools/startup' section to delete them permanently.
To uninstall Fix-it try reinstalling it and then uninstall it.
