Boot Windows XP from external usb

Dell Dimension 2400 desktop
January 2, 2010 at 07:07:39
Specs: windows xp
Although I get a normal start up I cant use my mouse,
keyboard or cd, (accidental deleted drivers) so I will need
to use an external cd to boot or load drivers using my
support cd. But having no control the cd needs to start
automatically. What do I need? Thanx in advance

Plug the Mouse and Keyboard into the USB on the computer
And Restart
Windows will automatically install the USB drivers for it
