Hi guys

How can I get xp to boot up with caps lock on? I have tried the registry thing and it kept going back to 0, has anyone out there got a solution.

Cheers

http://www.technipages.com/set-caps...

http://www.pcnet-online.com/content...

There is a slight difference in the instructions on these two tweaks.

The first mentions CURRENT USER and the second refers to .DEFAULT

Which if either of these did you try and have you tried both?

You did not answer the question. Which registry key did you change? Current user or .Default ?

PizzaBoy, my 2ยข worth (works on my XP). Set the caps lock key the way you like THEN exit Windows USING THE OPTION UNDER 'FILE' rather than the handier 'X' (forces Windows to 'remember' settings. Only needs to be done once). VOILA!
