Boot failure , insert boot media in selected

Specs: AVERATEC 3200 SERIES
HHEEEEELLLLPPPPP PLEASE. IVE GOT A AVERTEC 3200 SERIES, AND WHEN I TURN IT ON IT COMES UP BOOT FAILURE REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE.
IVE TRIED PRESSING F4 BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. IM NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS AND NOT SURE WHAT TO. CAN ANY ONE HELP

IT SAYS PRESS DELETE AT STARTUP SCREEN TO GET TODETAILS BUT IT WANTS A PASSWORD AND I DONT KNOW THAT AS WELL.

First thing to do is to shut off your caps lock. Typing in all caps is considered shouting and is rude.

You haven't supplied enough information. Under certain conditions what you described would be expected. For example, when booting to a new or formatted hard drive that has no operating system installed.

You haven't given enough information. Was the computer running Windows prior to this? What, if anything, did you do just before this started?
