Specs: Windows XP
Hello, I have been searching the forum here and seen quite a few posts and solutions for this however I am totally unable to even get onto the computer or a DOS prompt to run the checks. I start the computer using F8 and have the following options:
Safe Mode - tried and reverts to blue error message
Safe Mode with comman prompt - as above plus it freezes partway through
Enable Boot Lagging - not tried
Enable VGA mode - not tried
Last Known Configuration - does not work
Debugging mode - not tried

Return to OS CHoices menu
Start Windows normally

Please can someone help - I am not that confident with computers however need to learn! If I could get intot he computer I am hoping I can resolve the issue - I just don't know how to get on.

If you can tell us the exact error message that shows on the blue screen it would help!
if it is too fast then you can try to capture it with using the pause button as soon as it shows.

if the title is the error:

Change Is Good
