BIOS error messages booting to Windows XP CD

Specs: Windows XP, Interl pentium 4
I need to install a fresh copy of windows xp. But my computer does not detect my installer and always give this message

CD ROM Boot Failure From Previos Device..
Searching For Boot Record From SCSI... Not Found
Boot Failure Insert BOOT diskette in A:
Press any key when ready.

I have already tried 3 windows xp installer CD but somehow after pressing F8 and boot it from the CD it always says not found and skip to this message. Please help

Instead of pressing F8 to get to that boot option menu you should go into BIOS setup ( usually by pressing DEL or F1 or some other key that your first bootscreen will tell you) and change the BIOS boot order to CD first then HDD. Save change and exit.
Now try to boot the CD.

You should get a prompt "Press any key to boot from CD"
